Hello Au Pairs,

 It is already that time of year again to begin our planning for the annual NYC AP Disco Cruise! Last year it was a HUGE success and I anticipate it being a hit for another year! Please read this carefully!

 When: Saturday, May 16th

**If at the last minute you cannot attend, you may sell your ticket to another au pair and you MUST email me your friend’s name letting me know s/he is taking your spot. If you do not email me to let me know about the change, I cannot let the other person on the boat.  Sierra.rix@culturalcare.com

 Deadline to Register: To get a ticket, you must register and submit payment by Friday, April 17th, 2009.

 How do I get tickets?

Just visit this website https://culturalcare.wufoo.com/forms/new-york-city-disco-cruise-2009/  to reserve your ticket online and enter your complete credit card information. If you only enter your information but do not enter your credit card to be charged then you did not reserve their ticket online and cannot get on the boat.

Will there be tickets sold on the day of the cruise at the dock?

No.  All tickets must be purchased by visiting this link https://culturalcare.wufoo.com/forms/new-york-city-disco-cruise-2009/ There will be not tickets sold at the dock.

 How do I know that I paid?  

Once you go online and enter your credit card information to complete the reservation process then you should be all set.  In order for you to know for sure you must check your credit card statement for the automatic $20.00 charge.  If their credit card is not showing the charge then the payment was unsuccessful and you must log back in and reserve your ticket again.

 When do I receive my ticket(s)? 

You will receive your boarding tickets the day of the cruise when you sign in.

 When is the last day for me to buy tickets?  

April 17th, 2009, is the final day for you to buy tickets. Please get tickets early as the boat does fill up and last year 70 au pairs who wanted to go, were unable to get tickets.

 Does the email that I receive indicate that I have paid and my credit card has been charged? Does it act as a ticket?

 No and No. The email is not an electronic ticket and it does not indicate you’re your card has successfully been charged.  It merely shows your attempt to RSVP and provides you with directions to the cruise. You must check your credit card statement to confirm your reservation.

 Does this count for my May Au Pair Meeting? How do you sign in?

 Yes! We will have sign in forms there for you to initial for your May meeting.
